1st of all, that is NOT dress. It's a shirt - a kinda cute shirt that would look nice with a pair of dark skinny jeans.

Three inches below the crotch does not equal a dress. sorry. And who cares if she wore something twice?

I wouldn't wear the same dress/shoe combo twice in the same month and my wardrobe is 10x smaller than the one Jessica has access to. Plus, the dress is hideous, so yes - there is something wrong with wearing this twice, and yes - this is something wrong with calling it a dress in the first place
