Getting back to business, Angelina Jolie was spotted on February 16 pounding the pavement in NYC. After her recent global travels, Angie was out looking for a new abode to settle down in while she films her new spy thriller Edwin A. Salt in the city. Dressed in a tantalizing trench coat (like Suzabelle’s Umbria Trench in Black) over a simple sheath dress (try Tricia Fix’s Betsey Mini Dress in Black) and sexy black boots, Ang looked pretty hot on her apartment hunt. Once again carrying her Marcello de Cartier bag (check out Carla Mancini’s Whipstitch Double Handle Tote in Black as an alternative), Angie wore her hair super straight and rocked big sunnies. What do you think of the sophisticated all black look? Angie had a couple of busy days this week, getting started with test shooting for Salt in NYC solo for a few days before heading back to LA for the Oscars this weekend. Angie is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for Changeling and Brad is also up for an Oscar for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Hopefully at least one half of Brangelina will come home with a little gold man!

Great jacket, great glasses, great fit, but BORING as usual. I LOVE black, but she is ALWAYS wearing black (and too much of it). Angelina Jolie looks like she wants to be a vampiress. It is sad.
