One of Hollywood's greatest chameleon's, Ashlee Simpson can go from frilly and girly to a fabulously punk rock without blinking an eye. Spotted roaming Beverly Hills, the singer rocked a fantastic and totally unique (true to Simpson style) look. Pairing a casual tee and Jessica Eliot antique key necklace, and her Oliver Peoples (a fav with her big sis also) Simpson proved that in fact all Simpson's shop in style. Although maybe it would have been a better idea to just bring someone to accompany her on her shopping excursion, instead of just chatting it up on her cell the whole time!
