ANY MEAT ON THOSE BONES?

Heading out to run a few errands, Ashlee Simpson Wentz takes her son Bronx out for the afternoon in LA on August 13. Ash waved to the paps before hopping into her SUV, staying shaded from the heat in a black floppy hat, loose white tee (stay comfy in Splendid's breathable Vintage Whisper Pocket Tee in Paper) and uber short-shorts with pocket linings sticking out (if exposed pockets are your thing, I love 7 For All Mankind's Boyfriend Short with Crochet in Adara Blue with girly pockets peeking out, sans unflattering high rise fit). Ash went about her business with an oversized messenger bag over her shoulder, switching to a smaller clutch later in the day (combine the features of both of Ashlee's bags with Julie K's Lorri Chain in Cognac). During round II, Ashlee took Bronx to a kid's b-day party at a friend's house, accessorizing with tan rosette topped ballet flats and a shiny gold locket (add a unique touch with Archive's Belle Paris in Multi). I don't know about you but I kind of wish she'd changed into some more comfortable shorts, they look like they're riding up quite a bit in the crotch area! Both looks are showing off her super skinny legs, which look like they might detach from her muscles at any minute. The picture on the right looks especially frightening! Do any of you think she's looking a little scary skinny these days? Ash just returned from a trip to NYC with Bronx, meeting up with daddy Pete Wentz to catch a show from his new band, The Black Cards. What ever happened to Fall Out Boy? Apparently I've been out of the loop!
