"The Hills" starlet Stephanie Pratt was spotted showing her support for her animal friends at the VIP Launch Party for the Animal Wellness Center last night, February 11, in Santa Monica. For her pretty party ensemble, Stephanie started with a floral dress (check out Gold Hawk's Printed Halter Dress in Lilac Hush, or Isabel Lu's Belted Dress in Geo Print, which already comes with a belt) that she belted (try Antoinette Lee Designs' Stud Belt in Black) and paired with grey peeptoe heels. Her finishing touch? A few delicate charm necklaces (similar to Calico Juno Designs' Neclace 232 in Gold), and holding onto her furry four-legged friend. Stephanie has always made it clear what a strong supporter of animal rights she is, and took to her official Twitter page yesterday to declare how excited she was for the evening. She said, "I’m wearing some crazy/space shoes to the opening of a new Animal Wellness Center tonight- thoughts? I love animals so much I want to adopt them all and live on a ranch in North Carolina!" Can you picture Steph living on a ranch in NC? Maybe if she had a camera crew with her!

CoutureCandy: you should delete comments insulting that Folks person as well; they're so annoying!!!
