Photographed out and about in NYC on September 30, Cameron Diaz put on a brave face as the photographers snapped away. In case you haven't heard, the blonde actress recently split from boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, who confirmed the news to People. But more about that in a moment. For her casual New York ensemble, Cam paired distressed boyfriend jeans (try one of Joe's Jeans' great pairs, like the Boyfriend Jean in Blanchett or the Rolled Boyfriend Jean in Patricia) with a basic white tank (such as Splendid's 1 x 1 Tank in White) and a grey cardigan (get the look with Minnie Rose's Shawl Collar Duster with Pockets in Gray). On the accessory front, she kept it simple with a pair of sunglasses, sandals, and ivory tote bag. As I mentioned earlier, A-Rod has spoken out about his split with Cameron, as the couple had been on-and-off for quite some time. He told People, "I have a lot of love for Cameron. We’ll always be friends." However, what was the reason for the eventual demise of their relationship? A source close to the couple tells Us Weekly: "She's very busy with her career, and he's had injuries and wants to focus on his game. They're dedicated professionals. They're still very friendly and like each other. He has an enormous amount of respect for her." Sounds like a very drama-free, mature break up. I wonder who Cam will date next?
