Striking a pose on the red carpet, Taylor Swift goes glam and revives her trademark curls at the CMT Artists of the Year celebration in Franklin, TN on November 30. For the event T chose a flirty Jenny Packham mini with a lace yoke and sleeves and a flashy sequined bodice (for the holiday season, check out Soul Revival's Bailey Dress in Black, David Lerner's Lace Tank Dress in Black or Jenny Han's Ruched Sleeve Dress in Black) and a pair of bow embellished heels. Taylor wore her curls up in a sophisticated twist, showing off a pair of gunmetal diamond studs (add a femme touch with Jacquie Aiche's 14K Flower Stud Earring in Grey). What do you think of Taylor's look, does it suit her? At the CMT event, T was named as one of five artists of the year changing the face of country music today, a similar honor to the "Entertainer of the Year" award she just received from Entertainment Weekly. Looks like 2010 is turning out to be quite a spectacular year for Taylor, breaking countless records as the youngest female artist to pick up so many awards, and selling over 1 million copies of her new album Speak Now in the week following its release on October 25. Taylor is experiencing personal as well as professional highs – her budding romance with Jake Gyllenhaal has been widely publicized after the two were spotted grabbing coffee together in both NY and LA. In the EW interview for her Entertainer of the Year coverstory, Taylor politely declined to comment: “I write in great detail about my personal life, but I don’t talk about it… [but] nothing is off-limits as far as writing. You can’t have parts of your life you don’t write about.” Guess we'll have to wait for her next album!
