A VISION IN BLACK

Young starlet Emma Roberts attended the NYC screening of My Soul To Take at AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 on October 7, looking lovely and ladylike in a sophisticated, all-black look. Emma started with a one shouldered LBD (get similar frocks with Carter's Love Me or Leave Me Dress in Black and Luc by Lucy's Side Shoulder Sandy Dress in Black) that she paired with classic black heels, charcoal grey nails and a feminine pouch tote (check out Antoinette Lee Designs' Mia Bag in Navy Shimmer or Inge Christopher's Jaipur Curved Frame Pouch in Multi). Her finishing beauty touches were a vibrant red lip and a side swept updo. What are your thoughts on Emma's ensemble here, love it or lose it? With a slew of projects slated for release in the future, Emma is speaking out about one of her latest films, It’s Kind Of A Funny Story, and said: "I loved making it. It was based on one of my favorite books, so to get to be a part of it, to get to be a part of something that I loved reading, it’s really special to me. And I got to meet the author Ned Vizzini, who is so nice and really complimentary; he was just so enthusiastic about the film. You know he’s so sweet and very introverted but then when he talks it’s very enthusiastic he’s not intimidating at all. He is just really approachable. Anything that we threw at him he was just like, ‘Amazing! Oh my God! You look great! It looks great! I love it!’ So that made my really happy." Cute!
