A ROTTEN "BOX"?

The beautiful Cameron Diaz posed for photographers at the NYC premiere of her new film "The Box" last night, November 4, opting for a refined, ladylike look on the red carpet. Wearing a RM by Roland Mouret fitted frock (for similarly sophisticated options, try Tt Collection's Audry Dress in Black, Karen Zambos' Katia Dress in Black or Rebecca Taylor's Cocktail Dress in Midnight) with sheer black tights, a gold multi-layered necklace (check out Amrita Singh's Aztec Beaded Necklace in Gold), and a somewhat disheveled updo. What are your thoughts on Cammy D's look here, overall? This overall look is a bit muted for Cam - who can forget her terrific hot pink Chanel moment at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards? - I think she still does this more somber look justice. For those of you who are interested in checking out Cam's newest flick, you may want to peruse E! Online's review first; the headline is "The Box is Hilarious - But Doesn't Mean to Be." The reviewer gives the film a D grade and says, "This preposterous Cameron Diaz thriller offers a promising premise: a mysterious box bestows riches in exchange for killing a stranger. But then it dumps in existentialism, government conspiracies, aliens, nosebleeds, deformities—and dresses it all in ugly '70s polyester fashions and geo-print wallpaper. Blecch. This is one Box that should've been left on the shelf." Yikes! If you see the film this weekend, leave your thoughts in the comments section :)

Hey I thought they Pink Chanel dress was..fun!:) She's hot no matter what she wears, but
