Kate Moss was spotted arriving back at her hotel in Berlin after a late night on the town last night, June 12, promoting her new fragance, which is alluringly titled "Velvet Hour." Makes me think of that song lyric from 'Like A Prayer'... "In the midnight hour / I can feel your power!" For her outfit, Kate chose a mesmerizing black long-sleeved mini dress, adorned with tons of sparkling rhinestones, giving off a retro, disco-ball vibe.
