RETURNING TO "AFTER LATELY"

Reese Witherspoon was caught by the paparazzi running errands in West Hollywood on December 16, and although she looked a bit peeved to see them at first, she flashed her megawatt smile in no time. Reese kept her outfit classic and chic, pairing dark skinny jeans (for something similar, try either Joe's Jeans' Skinny Jean in Blair or Hudson Jeans' Collin Signature Skinny Jean in Stockport) with a warm black sweater (check out Testament's Long Sleeve Sweater in Black) and cute black pumps. A pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers and a black tote (Julie K Handbags' Gabby in Black is great) completed Reese's look. Like I said about Rosie Huntington-Whitely below, you really can't go wrong with a great fitting pair of jeans and classic black pieces! What are your thoughts on RW's outfit here, everyone - and more importantly, can we talk about how a-maz-ing her hair looks here? Hello, bombshell! In other Reese news, the Water for Elephants star will be returning to Chelsea Handler's semi-scripted series "After Lately" shortly, according to the show's Heather McDonald. "Reese is just as delightful as always. I tried to bond with her because we have kids the same age, so I think that's gonna work out," she joked. Heather continued: "We tried to get [Reese and fellow guest star Jennifer Aniston] in and out of there early, because it's E! and I don't think they were making any money at all. I think Chelsea's lunch from Katsuya was the only thing they got that day besides getting to, you know, be with us in a scene." Are you eager to see Reese's next guest spot on the show, everyone?

Rosie Huntington-Whitely was photographed doing some shopping in Malibu with beau Jason Statham on December 18, in a simple yet sophisticated and chic ensemble. Starting with a pair of coated black denim (like Rich & Skinny's Legacy Coated Pant in Tar), Rosie wore a cozy grey sweater (try True Grit's Tweed V Neck Pullover in Heather) and black scarf, and then topped these pieces off with a simple black blazer. For a great option, try Elizabeth & James' Cate Blazer in Black. Accessory wise, RHW toted a black bag with chain strap (like Julie K Handbags' Renee Flap Shoulder Bag in Black), wore a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers and then finished things off with a pair of black motorcycle ankle boots. What are your thoughts on Rosie's outfit here, everyone? I'd say there's nothing to fault... you really can't go wrong with a pair of black skinnies, grey sweater and black blazer! Somehow Rosie manages to keep this outfit from looking boring, though. Do you agree? Talk about your who's who of designers! While Rosie is currently one of the hottest models on the scene, she claims to have once been an "Ugly Betty." Don't they all! Rosie tells the mag that when she was interning, she "was a bit of an Ugly Betty when I was 15. I had braces. I would be getting coffee and lighting people’s cigarettes." I need to see photographic evidence of this so-called awkward stage to believe it!

Photographed heading to the Hollywood Week auditions for "American Idol" that were held at the Pasadena Civic Center on December 13, Jennifer Lopez looked chic and sophisticated as she waved to fans and photographers. Wearing a mustard colored coat from The Row's Fall 2011 collection (similar to BB Dakota's Radley Coat in Marigold) over a simple black top (like Tart's Savannah Top in Black) and white wide leg pants by Milly (try Level 99's Jerry Sailor Trouser in White), Jennifer added on a pair of golden platform Charlotte Olympia pumps to her ensemble. Up next, a leopard clutch (get an exotic printed clutch with Julie K Handbags' Lynn in Python) and a pair of superstar shades completed J.Lo's ensemble. I think this is an amazing look for her - do you agree, everyone? As I'm sure you've heard, Jennifer wasted no time after her split with Marc Anthony in finding a new guy, the 24-year old Casper Smart. Well, The Enquirer has a pretty hilarious new report of the couple, that includes J.Lo being confused for Casper's mother! Says the article: "Jennifer recently spat back at a McDonald's employee after she and Casper visited the fast-food restaurant, and one of the cashiers asked Casper if he wanted to pay separately from his mom. Jennifer shouted, 'I'm his girlfriend – not his mother!' and then grabbed Casper's arm and marched out in a huff. Jennifer is tired of people making comments. She doesn't know what's worse – being mistaken for Casper's mother or being accused of being a cradle-robbing cougar! It kills her every time the age difference is brought to her attention." I don't know what's more ridiculous... this story as a whole or the fact that they claim that Jennifer would actually be inside of a McDonald's!

Blake Lively was photographed at Sprinkles Cupcakes in NYC on December 9, posing with a S'mores cupcake which she created for the sweet shop! Beginning in January, Blake's cupcake creation will be available at Sprinkles, with proceeds benefiting Oxfam's Somalia famine disaster fund. Sweet and charitable, it doesn't get much better than that! For her outfit, Blake paired a white Gucci blouse (for something similar, try Robbi & Nikki's Jersey Contrast Blouse in White) that is adorned with what seems to be some sort of golden pin with Gucci's metallic gold pleated skirt. Anna Sui's Metallic Faux Leather Skirt is similar, and Leifsdottir's Ruffled Leather Skirt in Royal Taupe has a similar silhouette. While Blake and Ryan have recently been seen kissing in public, what really solidified the rumors that the two are serious are the recent photos of Blake walking Ryan's golden retriever while trying to avoid being photographed. So cute! A source even goes so far as to tell Hollywood Life: "Ryan is absolutely smitten with Blake and the feeling is mutual. They can’t get enough of each other. They’re spending the holidays together and already making plans for their future. I wouldn’t be surprised if they got engaged within the next few months. Photographed out and about on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on December 13 - doing a bit of holiday shopping, perhaps? - Kate Beckinsale looked cool and cozy as she crossed the street. Starting with a long cardigan sweater (try Gold Hawk's Shawl Cardigan in White, or for a similar option with a muted print, take a look at Indah's Blanket Sweater in Mauve) over a t-shirt in a shade of dusty rose, Kate bundled up with a sheer scarf (the colors of Pashma's Triple Bohemia Scarf in Multi are lovely) and wore a pair of aviators. Sarah Michelle Gellar and her daughter Charlotte were spotted heading to a ballet class in Los Angeles on December 10, and like Alessandra Ambrosio below - Sarah definitely has her hands full! Outfit wise, the "Ringer" actress paired Wildfox's star printed sweater (for a great basic option, try Brandy Melville's Maddy Sweater in Elm, or for a sweater with a little extra holiday glitz, check out Gold Hawk's Hollywood Wedge Top in Gray Stone) with a quilted leather jacket and a pair of black leggings (like The Battalion's Basic Leggings in Black. Amber Heard was caught by the paparazzi as she hailed a cab in NYC on December 11, in a cute black and white look that consisted of a Proenza Schouler coat and Dolce & Gabbana dress. To get Amber's look, try pairing either Sachin + Babi for Ankasa's Kasia Dress in Black/White or Kimberly Taylor's Windsor Dress in White with a bold, statement coat, such as Desigual's Abrig Sarah Coat in Black. Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio and her daughter Anja were photographed picking up Christmas decorations at Rite Aid in LA on December 8, and the Victoria's Secret model sure seemed to have her hands full! For her winter in LA ensemble, Alessandra wore a heather grey top (try Joie's Bronx in Heather Grey) with a printed cardigan (for something similar, try Line's Ben Drape Wrap in Winter, or for one that's longer and a bit cozier, try Free People's Long Yarn Cardigan in Blue) and black scarf. From there, she slipped into a pair of skinny jeans (check out William Rast's Sienna in Cobalt) and black leather boots, and then finished things off with a chic pair of sunglasses. Do you like AA's look here, everyone? The following day, Alessandra and Anja went on a little shopping trip to LA's The Grove, and later checked out Happy Feet 2 in 3D. Kristin Cavallari was photographed heading to dinner with a friend at Taverna Tony in Malibu yesterday, December 11, and was seen wearing her engagement ring once again. But more about that in a minute. First, for her Sunday Malibu style, Kristin paired a basic black tank (like Bailey 44's Short Tank in Black with a pair of black wide leg jeans (Tag Jeans' New Foxsley Wide Leg in Black are very similar), and then slipped into a faux fur jacket (like True Grit's Fur Zip Hoodie in Winter White to star warm and cozy. It seems as though a few of the white fuzzies from Kristin's jacket got stuck to her black jeans!
