Going about her business with polished, preppy flair, Kelly Osbourne was caught by the paparazzi leaving lunch at The Ivy on Robertson in West Hollywood on January 31. Kelly stepped out in a form fitting frilly pink frock, showing off her super tiny waist (check out Walter's Grey Skies Washed Silk Pleated Dress in Grey Multi or Sue Wong's Taffeta Petal Halter Dress in Champagne to add a dash of femme flair). Kelly topped the look with a white and black blazer with a large broche (try Joie's Finley Jacket in Black/White), wearing a pair of matching pale pumps (like Loeffler Randall's Wood Heel Pump in Graphite) and a black studded crossbody bag (check out Gorjana's Barrow Convertible Cross Body in Black). What do you think of Kelly's polished style, does it work for her? I must say I love the hot pink lipstick on her – much better than on Christina Aguilera! Now that Kelly's career has had a rebirth thanks to her weight loss and appearance on Dancing With The Stars, she's taking things in a fashionable direction with a foray into design. Kelly shared about her project: "I have a meeting about it [her clothing line] on my birthday which is very exciting. I’m going to design for an already made line and then once I get enough experience and know what I’m doing I’ll do my own independent one. It really is a long process and I want to do it the right way." I hope she got a good birthday present so we can find out who she'll be designing for soon!

Hanging out with a friend before getting her international tour underway, Taylor Swift grabs Pinkberry frozen yogurt with a pal in Beverly Hills on February 6. T headed out in a casual plaid shirt (like Joes Jeans' Relaxed Button Down Shirt in Ombre Charcoal) over a tan tank (like Hard Tail's Stripe Washed Tank in Heather/Gold), dark indigo skinnies (like Paige Premium Denim's Verdugo Jegging in Mystery) with brown brogues (check out Farylrobin's Gladys Mary Jane Flat in Grey). Taylor carried a black bag over her shoulder (similar to Gorjana's Barrow Convertible Cross Body in Black) and completed the look with key pendant on a long chain (like Jessica Elliot's Large Sterling Antique Skeleton Key Necklace in Silver). Whoever holds the key to T's heart, it's definitely not Jake Gyllenhaal. Even though the pair was spotted dining near Taylor's Nashville home on January 19, a few weeks after People first reported they split, T reportedly has too much on her plate to deal with boy drama right now. Taylor's Speak Now world tour kicks off in just a few days, T tweeted: “Driving around with @ashmacthegreat and Back to December just came on KIIS fm! So stoked. About to leave for Singapore tonight!” Once she takes off Taylor will be traveling in Asia and Europe for almost 3 months, returning to the US for concert dates lined up in May. Enjoying an afternoon to herself, Katie Holmes goes shopping solo at the Steven Alan boutique in West Hollywood on February 4. I have some to say Katie looks surprisingly put together here, strolling into the boutique in a bow tied blouse from her Holmes & Yang line (check out Jenny Han's Pink Ribbon Charity Blouse in Blush or Fifteen-Twenty's Rose and Leaves Blouse in Purple for similar looks) with faded skinny jeans (like 7 For All Mankind's Roxanne Flood in Myrella) tucked into suede ankle booties (try Farylrobin's Valenta Platform Bootie in Grey). Katie carried a taupe shopping tote (similar to Julie K Handbags' Gabby in Grey) as she went about her day. What do you think of Katie's sophisticated shopping look, do you think her style is improving? I hate to share this, but according to Katie herself, her four year old daughter Suri is her biggest fashion influence. Katie recently shared in an interview with Elle magazine how much she values her opinion: “She’ll really tell me [what she thinks]. Like today I’m wearing brown suede pants, and she said, ‘I don’t like your pants.’ But then she’ll say, ‘You’ve got to wear these shoes.’ Or ‘That’s so pretty, Mom. Braving some blustery gusts, Kate Hudson arrives at Heathrow Airport to catch a flight back to LA with her luggage, fiancé Matthew Bellamy and son Ryder in tow as they head out of London on February 4. Kate bundled up for her flight back to the US in a Burberry cropped shearling lined jacket (check out Muu Baa's Porter Biker Jacket in Black/Grey) over a loose ivory sweater (get cozy in Joie's Cowl Neck Sweater in Grey) with leg lengthening flare jeans (like 7 For All Mankind's Georgia in New Zealand). What do you think of Kate's high flying style, does it work for her? Her baby bump is completely covered up here, but Kate is no longer trying to hide her pregnancy like she did for the first few months. She opened up to People about her struggle to keep it under wraps: "My friends all thought I was depressed because I wouldn't leave the house. But I didn't want anyone to know for a long time. I was just hoping that all of a sudden, I could show up somewhere with a big belly… But, of course, you're somewhere in L.A., and somebody says something, and it ends up somewhere." Somewhere being the pages of People!

THE NECKLACE DRAMA CONTINUES

Cleaning up for the Giuseppe Zanotti Design Beverly Hills Store Opening dinner that was held at BOA Sunset in West Hollywood on February 4, Lindsay Lohan smiled and posed for photographers as though she didn't have a care in the world. Oh Lindsay, always living in denial! For her event ensemble, Lindsay chose an ill-fitting Donna Mizani LBD (for similar silhouettes that are much more flattering, check out a few offerings here on CoutureCandy such as Jenny Han's Strapless Party Dress in Festive, Luc by Lucy's Rocker Tea Party Dress in Black Metallic, or Sue Wong's Two Tones Strapless Flower Petal Mini in Black/Ivory) along with a pair of (of course) Giuseppe Zanotti suede heels and a few stacked silver bangles (check out Alex and Ani's Jupiter Bead Bangle Set in Smoke). Of course, it wouldn't be Lindsay without the streaky fake tan and the chipped manicure - what are your thoughts, readers? Am I being a bit too harsh on La Lohan and do you think she looks great, or are you less than impressed with this ensemble? Either way, Lindsay's outfits may be the least of her worries, as the stolen necklace drama continues to plague her. According to sources, "Lindsay will be charged with felony grand theft in the case of the stolen necklace. The jewelry store claims that Lindsay stole the $2,500 necklace that she's been pictured with, however Lindsay says that she took the jewelry on loan. Charges will be filed against Lindsay this week. There are just some minor housekeeping issues to get ironed out on the case before it's filed. If convicted, Lindsay could face a maximum of three years in state prison." Oh man, when will she learn?

ORLANDO'S SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Caught heading to celebrate Super Bowl Sunday with a friend at The Tavern in Brentwood yesterday, February 6, Orlando Bloom seemed to be in a pretty spirited mood in spite of the lingering paparazzi. The new dad kept it casual for his sports outing, starting with a great basic heather grey t-shirt (like Alternative Apparel's Perfect Crew Tee in Oxford Grey) that he paired with a relaxed pair of straight leg jeans (take your pick between Joe's Jeans' Classic in Emery or 7 For All Mankind's Standard in New York Dark) and a comfy pair of sneakers. You gotta love that Orlando is a man who's not afraid to accessorize, as he donned a pair of stylish shades along with a gold pendant necklace (similar to Gorjana's Owen Small Necklace in Gold). OB toted along a grey and black sweatshirt as the final component to his outfit. While Orlando has only been a dad for a month now (wife Miranda Kerr gave birth to their son Flynn on January 6), he was recently spotted spending some quality time with his son at a local park. Toting around the little guy (who wore an adorable beanie), Orlando and Flynn hit up Will Rogers State Park in Pacific Palisades, CA. Miranda spoke out about the birth of their son, saying: "I gave birth to him naturally, without any pain medication, and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him. Flynn is our little ray of sunshine." So cute, and there's no doubt that this tiny tot is going to be a stunner with those parents!

Beyonce Knowles hops out of her black SUV on her way to a meeting in Manhattan on February 2, staying stylish in a business minded ensemble despite the chilly temps. Bey dressed to impress in fun paillette embellished shorts (get the look in Jay Godfrey's Graves Sequin Skirt in Copper) with a sexy unbuttoned blouse (like Splendid's Silky Shirt in White), black croc embossed leather jacket (add an edge with Muu Baa's Buckle Long Sleeve Leather Jacket in Black) and opaque black stockings. Beyonce added some character with a bowler hat, oversized sunnies, long wrapped necklaces (like Tiger Lily's Large Crystal 36" Silver Necklace in Silver/Jet Black), a pair of patent pumps and a whipstitch adorned black tote (add some texture with Julie K Handbags' Laura in Night). What do you think of Beyonce's afternoon look, is it appropriate for an entertainment meeting? The curls definitely help give her a more polished look, otherwise I might say this looks a little contrived. Love that she's able to take embellished shorts from night to day, instead of the other way around. Thoughts? I don't know if any of you have had a chance to see Beyonce live in concert before, but she has a reputation for putting on one hell of a show, and her close friend and aspiring country star Gwyneth Paltrow shared her appreciation for Bey's talent in a recent People interview: “Beyonce is the most talented human being on the planet. She has so much mastery over what she does. It’s not even confidence – it’s on a whole other level. It’s mind-blowing. I watched her [perform] a lot to see how she did it, and I was like ‘S—! I can’t do that!’” Talk about some serious admiration!

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher made an appearance at the Super Bowl 2011 Audi Celebration that was held at the Audi Forum in Dallas, TX on February 4, also taking time to pose for photos with Justin Timberlake. For their Super Bowl 'fits, Ashton opted for a polished look that consisted of a plaid scarf and black blazer (Joe's Jeans' Melbourne Coat in Black has a few added details, such as buttons and a hood, to differentiate it from the standard black blazer) that he paired with a slim fit pair of jeans (like 7 For All Mankind's Slimmy in Eielson) and brown boots. From there, Ashton added on a black beanie to complete his look. Meanwhile, Demi decided to keep it classic by donning a chic Yves Saint Laurent LBD (for something similar, check out Suzabelle's Charleston Dress in Raven, or for something with a slightly shorter hemline, try Hale Bob's Banded V Neck Mini in Black) along with a statement gold YSL cuff (Amrita Singh's Nerva Cuff in Silver is very similar) and simple black pumps. For Demi's final accents, she toted a black Salvatore Ferragamo clutch. I'm really loving Inge Christopher's Aegean Oversized Flap Clutch in Black - it's like a simple black clutch that's been elevated. The decorative art deco ornament is just to die for! While the couple put on a happy face for photographers, People magazine is reporting that the two are in the middle of a major clash... over football! At the Audi event, Demi stated with a laugh: "We are not rooting for the same team. I may be wearing the Steelers colors tonight, I am a football fan, but I have to go with the Packers." Ashton then responded with "I can't root for the Packers. It is against my code of ethics." Sheesh! Which team are you rooting for to win today, loves?

Stepping out to promote their new thriller The Roommate, Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester posed happily at the Apple Store in SoHo on February 1. While in the film, Leighton portrays a pyscho co-ed who is majorly off her meds and becomes obsessed with Minka's character, in real life this gorgeous duo is nothing but smiles. Starting with Minka, she slipped into James Jeans' Twiggy in Black (scoop up James Jeans' Twiggy in Black Metallic, with a cool, leather-esque finish) and then paired a lacy camisole (like Tt Collection's Annie in Black) with a black blazer. For something similar, check out Ella Moss' Campbell Blazer in Black). The finishing touches for Minka's ensemble consisted of a pair of black patent pumps (try KORS Michael Kors' Julian Patent Pump in Black) and a healthy dose of bronzer. Moving onto Leighton, she chose a sophisticated and pretty look with pieces from the Giambattista Valli Pre-Fall 2011 collection, including an olive skirt (try Hard Tail's Lyrca Knee Skirt in Green Tea for something similar and a bit more relaxed) with a cropped black top (get the cropped look with Fresh Laundry's Crop Top with Lace in Charcoal). Although The Roommate was widely panned by critics, it managed to come out on top of the US box office charts this weekend. According to Reuters, ""The Roommate," a low-budget thriller that received a unanimous thumbs-down from top critics, opened in the top spot at the weekend box office in North America, as the studios braced for the annual sales hit from Sunday's Super Bowl. "The Roommate" earned about $15.6 million in its first three days, equivalent to its production budget and in line with expectations." Making a promotional appearance in Paris, France on February 3, Hilary Duff posed before signing copies of her book "Elixir" for her French fans. Wearing the same Charlotte Olympia Dolly Canvas Pumps that Sarah Jessica Parker wore back on March 18 of last year when promoting Sex and the City 2 (these blush-toned beauties have a cool metallic gold platform, and for a classic pair of nude pumps, try Coye Nokes' Jacqueline Pump in Taupe Patent), Hil opted for a classic pair of skinny jeans (like Blank NYC's super affordable Skinny Classique in Denim) with a leather motorcycle jacket (get the look with Muu Baa's Buckle Long Sleeve Leather Jacket in Black) and an Alexander McQueen skull scarf.
