Happily chatting with a fan in Los Angeles, Kristen Bell braves the morning showers while out to breakfast on February 6. KB got off the weekend off to an early start, grabbing a bite to eat with her new fiancé, Dax Shepard, while flashing her bling to the paps. Kristen first showed off her engagement ring while presenting at the Grammys last week, but insiders say Dax popped the question over the holidays. Too cute! On their early morning outing KB stayed dry in her fav Jimmy Choo for Hunter rain boots, adding some colorful layers with a lilac scarf (try the fun print of A Graves' Herringbone with Overlay in Lilac and Dark), sunny yellow top (Woo's adorable Sol Dress in Warm Sun can be worn as either a dress or a tunic) and multicolored knit cap. KB wore casual faded skinnies (like Hudson's booty flattering Collin Skinny Jean in Martin) and a black cargo jacket (stay warm and dry in Walter's Stretch Liquid Anorak in Black), polishing off the look with a classic chain strap Chanel bag. Looks like very comfy rainy day attire if you ask me! What do you think of Kristen's cold weather style? A few weeks ago at a When in Rome press event, KB shared with the press about how she maintains her work-life balance: “I think your significant other should be way more important than your work, personally. I love working. I don’t know that I’d say I’m a workaholic because I also love maxin’ and relaxin’… [currently] I feel like I’m at a really lovely place and I’m grateful to be where I am so I like working too, but I know what my priorities are.” Obviously this philosophy worked out for her, as she and Dax will soon tie the knot! Congrats to the happy co-star couple – we'll bring more wedding d's soon!

"The City" vixen Olivia Palermo made an appearance at the Guess by Marciano and ELLE event benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation held in NYC on February 4, looking confident and stylish as usual. For her ensemble, Olivia started with a black silk blouse (try Blaque Label's Silk Pleated Top in Black) under an olive green silk jacket (get the look in a silvery-blue shade with Isabel Lu's Exposed Zipper Jacket in Grey), and then paired them with a lacy leopard skirt (check out Tt Collection's Sabrina Skirt in Cream) and black tights. Her black shoes aren't visible at all on the black carpet! Accessory wise, OP grabbed a brown croc clutch (get the look with Jalda's Croc Original Clutch in Chocolate) and piled on the jewelry, from a diamond starburst necklace to rings and a bracelet. Enjoying the glitz and glamour of Fall 2010 Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture, Anne Hathaway is stunning at the Armani Prive runway show on January 25 at Paris' Palais de Chaillot. Arriving in an exquisite Giorgio Armani frock, Anne showed off her figure in a curvy strapless dress with a tonal accent inset wrapping around the bodice (show off your shapely shoulders at a fraction of the price with Alice + Olivia's Sara Strapless Dress in Taupe, Fernanda Carneiro's Hand Painted Silk Twill Dress in Cream, or Jenny Han's Tube Mini Dress in City Scape). Anne polished off her look with a sparkly clutch (Inge Christopher's Athena Flap Clutch in Gold or Silver will suit any fancy 'fit) and nail head studded pumps (add texture to your footwear with Coye Nokes' Jacqueline D'Orsay in Gold Satin/Gold Metallic), accenting the look with a classy side swept 'do and sultry eyes. I'm loving that instead of plain taupe pumps, Anne went with the slightly daring look, and they definitely pull the look together. Anne's everyday style can be hit or miss, but I think she's absolutely radiant here, don't you agree? Anne is enjoying a little Parisian vacay with her beau, Adam Shulman, who also attended the show with her. Post-show, Anne gave her opinion to reporters waiting outside, raving about multiple looks she's coveting and adding, “I have a few events in mind, and if Mr. Armani would be generous enough, I’d love to wear them." It's no secret celebs receive designer duds for free at the bat of an eye, but for your fans who do have to pay for couture looks – keep the freebies on the DL, please!

Paris Hilton was seen in full-on Barbie mode as she filmed a commercial for an Israeli Lottery ad in NYC on February 4, donning all of the cliched "Paris Hilton outfit components" such as the color pink, animal print, an oversized bag and sunglasses, her cell phone, a spray tan and platinum locks. Let's not forget the matchy-matchy factor! For her look, Paris started with a bubblegum pink dress (if you are a fan of the Elle Woods-favored shade, try Fernanda Carneiro's Slub Short Sleeve Dress in Berry or Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent's Ruffle Front Strapless Dress in Fuchsia) under a leopard print coat (to get a similarly flattering silhouette, try Pink Polka Dot's Cozy Coat in Grey, but if you need a little extra leopard in your life, check out Moschino Cheap and Chic's Silk Leopard Tie Dress in Brown) with matching Louboutin satin pumps and cream and tan bag (check out similar options from Trace with the Sunday Bag in Taupe or Carla Mancini with the Top Zipped Tote with Embellishments in Off White). Former "Hills" babe Lauren Conrad was spotted working the promotional trail for her new book "Sweet Little Lies" in New York, starting with an appearance at Barnes & Noble bookstore in Tribeca on February 3. For her in-store appearance, Lauren wore a vibrant patterned mini dress (for two similar options, try either Woo's Sol Printed Dress in Mountain Sunset or Meghan Fabulous' Chesney Mini Dress in Teal) with opaque black tights and suede Christian Louboutin pumps. She kept her accessories minimal, opting only for a few silver rings, a cherry red manicure, and a low ponytail. The following day, February 4, Conrad stepped out to film a guest spot on "The Wendy Williams Show" dressed a bit more casually. She picked a short black coat (for a navy version with a similar silhouette, try Woo's Martin Coat in Navy) with a grey scarf (like Raw 7's Shredded Tube Scarf in Grey), Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses, a gorgeous Chanel bag, and a pair of black peeptoes. Taylor Momsen was photographed staying warm on the set of "Gossip Girl" yesterday, February 1, in NYC, sporting a fierce long leather coat along with a pair of motorcycle boots. While the full-on leather coat is (to quote Tim Gunn) "a lot of look," Suzabelle's Nicolet Trench Coat in Black or Eva Franco's Front Bow Coat in Kitty Noire are two more wearable options. From there, TM grabbed a mini houndstooth scarf (I love the look of Raw 7's Long Shredded Scarf in Grey) along with a chain bag (check out Carla Mancini's Flap Over Bag with Chain Strap in Black), fishnet stockings, and a pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses. My favorite part? Her supercute pigtails. Love it! What do you think of Tay's look here, love it or leave it? Taylor has found herself in the middle of a fiery controversy lately, as picture of the 16 year old actress smoking away on a cigarette made their rounds on the internet recently. Patrick Reynolds, the director of the Foundation for a Smoke-Free America, told Us Weekly: "She really has an extra responsibility to bear as an actress idolized by little girls out there. For her to be smoking sends the wrong message to kids. Evidence shows that stars do influence kids to smoke." I'm sure that's true! Taylor recently spoke out about the fact that she's a role model, and said: "To be honest, I don't f--king care. I didn't get into this to be a role model. So I'm sorry if I'm influencing your kids in a way that you don't like, but I can't be responsible for their actions. I don't care." Yikes! Wolfman is a remake of a classic horror flick, but don't let the vintage script fool you, as Em tells all: “It’s very much an homage to the old monster movies… [but] it’s very scary. Taylor Swift is looking lovely in Beverly Hills on January 27 at the EIF Women's Cancer Research Fund benefit, dubbed "An Unforgettable Evening." I'm loving the glamorous vibe she has going on, pairing a ravishing one shoulder ruby red mini (try Whitney Kros' Emma Dress in Red or Blaque Label's Ruffle Sleeve Dress in Red) with a sparkling gold clutch (Marnie Bugs' Elisa Clutch in Gold and Whiting and Davis' Shirred Frame Clutch in Gold are two of my favs) and stunning peep-toe Loubs (opt for Coye Nokes' sassy Jacqueline Pump in Gold Metallic). TS posed elegantly on the red carpet, complementing her frock with ruby red lips and dramatic smoky eyes. Tres chic! For someone who has already broken records winning so many awards so young, one of my favorite things about Taylor is her humble and ambitious outlook. After it was announced Taylor won AP's Entertainer of the Year last month, she shared her excitement and dished a little on what's to come in 2010: “The second that I put out Fearless, the moment that album came out and I was done with it, I started writing for my next album. I love to plan 20 steps ahead of myself, and it’s really fun competition game that I play with myself, trying to top what I’ve done last. For this next record, that’s all that I’ve been thinking about, that’s all that my mind has been fixated on for the last year, and it’s all that I’m going to be thinking about for this next year.” Spoken like a true super star!
