For his new collection, Brian Nagourney has fashioned a unique line incorporating freshwater pearls, macramé and semiprecious stones that has been featured in the NY Times Styles and Lucky. The lustrous, asymmetrical pearls are culled from exotic lakes and rivers, yielding beads distinctive for their capricious details. The finished necklaces and bracelets realize Brian's stated goal to infuse traditional, "primitive" methods with a decadent touch of the modern.
The Venetian Earrings in White Pearl are an exquisite pair of dangling earrings. Each features knotted white freshwater pearls on black macramé cord. Each earring has a large blown glass bead with a swirled black design emblematic of luxurious, timeless Venetian glass. In Brian’s own words, “Wow, what a concept!”
