Starting in 2002, after completing her degree in Apparel Merchandising, Debbie Moradzadeh began to design garments after being discouraged at the lack of choices in her own wardrobe. Working in her basement in Los Angeles, CA, she began designing dresses, keeping in mind the styles that she would want to wear but could not find anywhere else. She began selling her designs to local boutiques and after just a few years of perfecting her skills and building a collection, she launched Boulee in 2006. Continuing her success, Boulee was quickly picked up by top boutiques and high-end department stores around the country.

With designs that are both versatile and comfortable, Debbie ensures that Boulee “caters to the many faces of woman’s style, mood, and personality.” From silky dresses, draped trapeze tops, form-fitting pencil skirts, and intricate cut-outs, these pieces are sure to make any woman both look and feel great.
