True Religion Brand Jeans Exhibits at European Fashion Events and Increases International Distribution
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)----True Religion Apparel, Inc. (OTCBB:TRLG) today announced the Company's participation in several exclusive European fashion shows in the beginning of 2005. The Company exhibited at the 66th PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO Exhibition in Florence, Italy on January 12-15, 2005. The PITTI is an invitation-only event and is the premier, exclusive fashion exhibition for men's fashions in Europe. The Company also exhibited at the "Bread & Butter" in Berlin, Germany on January 21-23rd. The company plans to exhibit at the prestigious White Show, a women's fashion event, in Milan, Italy on February 24-27th and at the "Tranoi" in Paris, France on March 3-6th.
The Company also announced that it has increased its international distribution with the appointment of several new country distributors.
In Italy, Torinovantuno has been selected to be the Company's exclusive distributor. Torinovantuno has offices in Milan and in Turin, Italy and a network of sales agents throughout the country. Torinovantuno represents a variety of premium denim designers including Seven for all Mankind, Joie, Parasuco as well as several premium Italian brands.
In Scandinavia, JMJ Wear has been chosen as exclusive distributor for Norway, Sweden and Denmark. JMJ Wear represents Seven for All Mankind, Dolce & Gabanna, Missoni, DKNY and Blue Cult Jeans throughout the region.
In France, ARE & WHY and Robert Dodd have been selected as exclusive distributors. ARE & WHY have two offices in France.
In Belgium and Luxembourg, Fashion Club 70 has been chosen as its distributor. Located in Antwerp, Belgium, Fashion Club 70 distributes Seven for all Mankind and other premium brands throughout the Benelux countries.
