Black Halo designs are for the contemporary woman who has her fashion sense in line. The Top with Tie is a tube top with a chiffon tie that can either be made into a bow or tied around the neck as a unique halter top. In the middle of the bust there is gathering and along the back of the bust there is an elastic band which makes this top fit comfortably. Below the bust the bodice is loose fitting and there is a series of mini pleats along the front. Pair this top with skinny jeans for the ultimate bar hopping outfit.
