Black Halo designs are for the contemporary woman who has her fashion sense in line. The Pleated Sheath Dress is a comfortable, stylish dress with unique detailing. This empire waist style dress has pleated 2.5” straps that form a V and meet the cinnamon pleating at the bust. A panel of 2.5” pleating extends from under the bodice. There is also smocked elastic banding at the back. The two toned bodice is the perfect compliment to the simple skirt. This great fitting dress can remain in your wardrobe for years on end with its continuous style.
