Designer Alvin Valley only uses men’s fabrics, giving a modern cut to tailored trousers. The best part is that Valley says his pants are slimming on everyone. He says, "It slashes your butt by 50%. Really."

How does he do that? Valley says the trick is a low, wide waistband. He says, "It brings the seam at the bottom of the waistband so low that it really cuts the butt and the whole torso area and it's one wide band."
