Founded in 2000 by denim guru Adriano Goldschmied and manufacturing veteran Yul Ku, AG Jeans are engineered for smart fits and polished expert finishes. Based out of Los Angeles, California, AG Jeans are the only vertically integrated manufacturing facility in the country. From the very first sketches to the cutting, sewing, and finishing, every step of creating a pair of AG Jeans is done in their own factory, giving this brand a more control over their product. Ku believes, “when you are using four different factories there is a loss of control. When something goes wrong, there's finger-pointing. Having it all under one roof keeps it more fluid and more efficient. We think it gives us a competitive advantage to have everything done in one factory.” And this is not their only advantage when compared to other denim brands. AG Adriano Goldschmied began using Ozone Technology in order to become more eco friendly. This process significantly reduces the company’s use of water, chemicals, and energy while retaining the same amazing look, feel, and fit of the AG Jeans we all know and love.
